Starts, Turns and Finishes

The club have decided to dedicate one session a month to starts, turns and finishes. These techniques are pivotal to success and all coaches have decided this is a weak area we need to improve upon.

The following Saturday morning dates have been decided upon for these sessions (7am to 8:30 am)
